Protester fined $1652 in Wangaratta

CAN’T DO THAT: A Wangaratta man is $1652 poorer after deciding to protest near Merriwa Park on Saturday morning.

A 55 year old Wangaratta South man was fined $1652 for breaching stage three COVID-19 restrictions on Saturday.

The man was parked near the Ryley and Ford streets roundabout at about 11am
